Your roof is constantly exposed to intense sunshine, rainfall, humidity and accumulated debris. Without regular maintenance, minor defects and blocked drainage systems can develop into costly problems.
Riteseal Roof Care offers structured maintenance programmes designed to help preserve the condition of your roof, maintain efficient drainage and identify potential waterproofing issues before they become more serious.

What's Included in Roof Care?
Roof Cleaning
Removal of leaves, dirt, moss, algae and accumulated debris using methods suitable for the roof surface and existing waterproofing.
Drainage Maintenance
Clearing accessible roof drains, gutters, outlets and drainage channels.
Waterproofing Inspections
Inspection of visible waterproofing defects, joints, roof penetrations, flashings and areas showing signs of deterioration.
Preventive Waterproofing Repairs
Eligible minor sealing and waterproofing repairs under selected maintenance packages, subject to the contract terms.
Important distinction
Routine maintenance visits focus on efficient preventive cleaning, visual inspection and drainage clearance.
Intensive pressure washing, extensive cleaning and major repairs are not automatically included at every visit. Their frequency and scope depend on the agreed maintenance programme.
Cleaning methods are adapted to the roof material and waterproofing system.

All packages are based on 12-month maintenance agreements.
Standard Care
4 Visits Per Year
Maintenance every 3 months.
Includes
- General visual roof inspection.
- Routine roof cleaning and removal of surface debris.
- Clearing of accessible rainwater outlets and drainage channels.
- Visual inspection of existing waterproofing.
- Identification of visible cracks, deteriorated joints and other defects.
- Notification and condition report when issues requiring the client's attention are identified.
Standard Care focuses on routine preventive maintenance. Extensive roof washing, waterproofing repairs and major corrective works are quoted separately.
Premium Care
6 Visits Per Year
Maintenance every 2 months.
Includes
- All Standard Care services.
- Enhanced preventive roof maintenance.
- More detailed inspection of waterproofing and vulnerable areas.
- Scheduled roof cleaning according to the agreed maintenance programme.
- Drainage and gutter maintenance.
- Limited minor preventive waterproofing repairs, subject to the agreed contract allowance.
- Priority scheduling for additional interventions.
- Condition reports when defects requiring attention are identified.
Total Care
12 Visits Per Year
Monthly maintenance.
Includes
- All Premium Care services.
- Monthly roof inspections and condition monitoring.
- Regular cleaning and drainage maintenance.

- Defined monthly minor waterproofing repair allowance.

Exclusive Benefit for Existing Riteseal Waterproofing Customers
Where the roof has been waterproofed by Riteseal, eligible minor waterproofing repairs are carried out at no additional charge under Total Care.
Complimentary repairs apply to eligible minor defects on serviceable Riteseal waterproofing systems and are subject to the agreed maintenance contract conditions. Major deterioration, structural defects, extensive repairs and complete waterproofing replacement are excluded.
Existing waterproofing warranties remain separate and continue to apply according to their original terms.

Roof Size & Maintenance Eligibility
Maintenance plans are available for residential and smaller commercial roofs, with pricing determined by the roof area, condition, accessibility and maintenance requirements.
For roofs exceeding 300 m², properties with multiple buildings or complex roof configurations, Riteseal provides customised maintenance quotations following a technical assessment.
All roof sizes are subject to initial assessment.

Professional Roof Care Tailored to Your Operations
Riteseal offers customised roof maintenance programmes for hotels, resorts, office buildings, hospitals, shopping centres and industrial properties.
Our maintenance contracts can cover individual buildings, large roof areas or multiple roof zones, with servicing adapted to each property's operational requirements.
The three maintenance frequencies remain available:
- Standard Care: 4 visits annually
- Premium Care: 6 visits annually
- Total Care: 12 visits annually
Larger properties receive individual quotations based on roof area, roof zones, access requirements and the scope of maintenance.
Hotel Maintenance That Works Around Your Guests
Hotels and resorts operate around varying occupancy levels throughout the year. Riteseal can adapt planned roof maintenance activities to suit high and low occupancy periods.
During busy periods, maintenance focuses on essential inspections, drainage clearance and necessary preventive interventions, with minimal disruption.
More extensive cleaning, detailed inspections and planned waterproofing repairs can be coordinated during quieter operational periods.
Maintenance schedules are agreed with hotel management while respecting the selected annual maintenance frequency and technical requirements.
We Identify Problems Before They Become Bigger Issues
During each scheduled maintenance visit, our team checks the condition of the roof and its waterproofing system.
When an issue requiring the client's attention is identified, Riteseal provides a condition report describing the problem, with supporting photographs and recommended corrective action.
Where repairs fall outside the maintenance contract, a separate quotation will be submitted for approval.
Routine visits without significant defects are recorded internally and do not require a detailed customer-facing report. Urgent defects are communicated promptly.
Organised Maintenance, Reliable Service
Riteseal Roof Care visits are organised by geographical zones to provide an efficient and coordinated maintenance service across Mauritius.
Scheduled appointments are arranged according to each customer's maintenance programme, with advance notification before visits.
This structured approach allows our teams to provide consistent preventive care while maintaining an organised service schedule.
Hotel and major commercial maintenance visits may be arranged individually.
