Renovations & Alterations
Selected internal and external improvements, modifications and making-good works tailored to the requirements of the property.

Refurbishment & Construction
From roof screeds and drainage improvements to masonry repairs, tiling and minor construction works, Riteseal provides the corrective works needed to restore, improve and protect your property.
Corrective Works
Long-lasting waterproofing, painting and refurbishment depend on the condition of the underlying surface. Damaged masonry, defective screeds, poor roof slopes and inadequate drainage should be corrected before protective treatments are applied.
Riteseal undertakes selected light construction and repair works to prepare, restore and improve residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Roof Drainage
Correct roof drainage is essential for the long-term performance of any waterproofing system. Before waterproofing begins, Riteseal can assess the existing roof slopes, gutters, outlets and downpipes to identify areas where rainwater may accumulate.
A roof screed is a non-structural cementitious layer formed with controlled falls to direct rainwater towards gutters and drainage outlets. It can be applied to new or existing roofs that require re-levelling, slope correction or improved drainage.
Proper falls and adequate drainage help reduce stagnant water, improve rainwater discharge and support the long-term performance of the waterproofing system.
Proper Preparation
Applying waterproofing or paint over damaged screeds, deteriorated masonry or poorly drained surfaces may only conceal the problem temporarily. Correct preparation and repair provide a more reliable base for the final protective system.
Our Process
We inspect the affected areas and identify the visible defects and corrective works required.
We define the recommended repairs, preparation requirements and related protective treatments.
The approved screeding, masonry, drainage, tiling or refurbishment works are completed.
Where required, the repaired surfaces are completed with waterproofing, painting or another suitable protective system.
